Hatha Flow Yoga:

Hatha Flow Yoga is a practice combining the tradition of Hatha with the fluidity of a moving sequence. You’ll be guided through a series of postures where each asana becomes a breath, a meditation in action. Ideal if you’re looking to combine strength, flexibility and concentration with a moment of deep relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced in the practice.

Yin Yoga :

Yin Yang Yoga combines the principles of Yin Yoga and Vinyasa, aiming to establish a balance between Yin (lunar, passive) and Yang (solar, active) energies. The session is divided into two parts, beginning with a Yang sequence centered on Vinyasa yoga postures. The aim is to free joints, strengthen muscles and stimulate both body and mind.

The second part of the session is dedicated to the Yin sequence, a moment of tranquility focused on relaxing and stretching deep muscles.

This unique fusion of the two styles of yoga reaps the specific benefits of each practice within a single session. The class is open to all levels of practice.

Vinyasa Yoga:

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice that synchronizes movement and breathing in a sustained, intense rhythm. Each session is built around a series of postures (called flows) that flow together fluidly and harmoniously.
In our studio, we invite you to dive into the heart of this discipline and explore the fluidity, balance and power of your body, while calming and centering your mind.

If you’re looking to intensify your practice, sculpt your body and elevate your energy, Vinyasa classes are for you.
This class is open to all, and variations will be offered according to your level.
